Itinerary:

The Canada Goose Side Trail is a side trail in the Toronto section of the Bruce Trail. TOC volunteer Jenn M is one of the trail captains responsible upkeep for this section.

We will be doing some light trail clean-up using clippers and hand-saws (bring your own if possible! We will try to have extras on hand). We will do the trail as an out-and-back of approx. 5.5-6k total.

The trail has a good chance of being b-u-g-g-y! Bring protection! We will likely be working closest to 4th Line and 22nd Sideroad where there is a lot of greenery. Protect yourself from poison ivy as well!

The TTC subway does not start running until 0900 on Sundays so you may need to plan an alternate mode of transportation to get to the listed event carpool location on time.

Check out the new TTC Trip Planner to figure out the best way to meet up on time with your coordinator. You can specify the time at which you need to ARRIVE at your destination, and it is recommended that you put in a time at least 15 minutes before the scheduled TOC event departure time. Please note that the tool is a beta version and the TTC are still working out the bugs. If a route looks a bit funny, confirm your directions with TTC Customer Service.
