Itinerary:

So since I'm going to be down around Queens Quay for around 1 PM today, I'm posting a game of frisbee in the morning.

If you've thrown a Frisbee before, that's helpful, but not required. This is open to individuals of all skill levels. I'll be happy to outline the rules for new players.

Running is a key element to this game, so come with a competitive spirit. Ultimate is a fast paced game -- that's part of the fun! The running aspect is also a great way to stay warm.

I'll bring my disc, but if you've one of your own, bring it along. Especially during warm up, it's nice to have a few up in the air.

If there is a 50% or greater chance of rain the day before, I will cancel this event in the evening and let everyone know via email.

On days when the weather is tentative always check your email before heading out: if there is no cancellation notice the game is on.
