C'mon let's Salsa! A great way to relax, have fun AND meet new people.

The Salsa group lesson will start at 5:15pm. We will be learning the Casino Rueda - a particular type of round dancing of Salsa where pairs of dancers form a circle, and dance moves are called out by one person. Following the lesson is the weekly Sunday Salsa Social with live DJ music where you have the option to stay and dance/socialize with super friendly people.

The lesson will be held at the at the Dovercourt House, home to a number of well-respected, highly regarded and artistically talented performance companies, events, dances and dance schools. Dovercourt House boasts 1400 square feet of open space with no pillars, large bright windows, and a beautifully sprung wooden floor. Salsa addicts from all around the GTA come here.

FREE coat check and an inexpensive bar for refreshments. No worries, NO PARTNERS NEEDED - most people come without one!

PARKING
Parking is free on Dovercourt and side streets till midnight. Do NOT park at the Salvation Army. You'll get LOCKED in!

BY TTC
Dovercourt House is very close to Ossington Subway Station. If you exit at the Delaware exit (on the west end of the platform),
you only have to walk 1/2 block N, 1 block west and turn the corner north at Dovercourt and Salvation Army.
Dovercourt House is a 3-storey, church-like building.

Notes:

We will meet at the Dovercourt House entrance at 5:00pm to allow time to settle in, pay for the lesson and change shoes.
