Itinerary:

Biking along the Don River in autumn is awesome as the trees change its color.

We will meet 10:30 am outside Leslie subway station. Then we will bike south using mostly park trails, including Betty Sutterland Trail, Pond Park, Rippleton Park, Sunnybrook Park, E.T. Seton Park, and finally all the way along the Lower Don Parklands. We will wrap up at Lake Shore Blvd. East/Leslie and head for coffee. Afterwards, those with extra energy can choose to explore Tommy Thompson Park at the end of Leslie St. or bike back to the starting point.

The one way distance is under 30 K. We will be biking at a speed of 12K/hour and most of the ride is on flat trails/roads. However we will be following some medium-traffic streets for part of the ride so you must have experience cycling alongside automobile traffic if you intend on participating in this event.
