Itinerary:

So, I've been thinking about doing this hike for a while.
Its a new challenging route, which should be done in the dry as its a little too slick in the wet.
Basically, if its wet, then you can ignore just about everything in my title as I will remove those sections from the hike.

This 13 KM hike will both start and finish at Chester Station.
If I'm doing the wet version, this hike will only be 11 KM.

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, single track dirt trails and paved multi use trails.

In terms of hills, if we're doing the dry version, there will be 5 hills of at least 25 meters, one of which is 50 meters.
Secretly, there's also quite a few smaller ones just to make you suffer.
If we're doing the wet version, then there will only be 2 climbs, one of 25 meters and one of 50 meters.

Sadly, there isn't any washrooms on either route.

For those unfamiliar with how I lead my hikes.

  • If you see me walking at a certain pace, you don’t have to walk at the same pace as me (I like to talk to different people on a hike, so I walk I different paces)
  • If you’d like to walk faster than me, that’s cool, if you like to walk slower than me, that’s cool too
  • We’ll meet up as a group when we take a major turn, cross a major intersection or if I think the group is getting too far separated.
  • We’ll do a water break, breather and sure everyone is aliver
  • I have two requests:
    1. If you choose to walk in front of me and you don’t know where you’re going, please stop and wait as I an’t going to chase after you.
    2. Please no harassment, or else you won’t be welcomed back.
