There were ten people at today's training. We held it at our alternate location, The Skyway Path between Union Via Rail and Metro Convention Centre. It is always nicer to be outside, but given the rain, it was safer to train indoors.

We went to the west end of the Skyway, to the stairs there beside the escalator. There were 44 steps there, vs 110 steps at Casa Loma. We followed the same format as Casa Looma and started with ten minutes of stairs. Then, we walked back to Via Rail and looped back to the stairs, to do approx 220 more steps. Some of us went down the two "exit" stairways.

So, all-in-all, it is an appropriate location to train when weather is un-safe. Someone today suggested Ryerson University, Kerr Hall. There are several floors (stairs) and are open in the evening. Comments are welcome as to possibly using this location.

$2.00 was collected in voluntary donations.
