Write Up:

There were eight people on tonight's training. We were lucky and it finished raining before we started at 6:30 PM. It cleared and was quite nice out. You could see the crescent moon to the right of the planet Venus.

Everyone is progressing very well. It is important to compare you to you, not to someone else. It is motivating to train with others. Tonight we learned that one person is training to do the Grand Canyon, and another is training to climb to Mount Everest Base Camp...! Great goals...!

Today, people did 4 to 9 "up-downs" and 3 to 6 loops. Keep track of what you do each week and you will see yourself feeling better and getting stronger.

We discussed and decided tonight that an alternate event location will be Union Via Rail Station, street level, where you buy tickets. There's supposed to be a clock nearby. For now, we will only go there in case of heavy rain and people will be emailed by noon on the event date. As the weather freezes and we have ice, we will move inside for the remainder of the winter.

$7.50 ws collected in voluntary donations.
