There were four people on today's hike. The temperature was wonderful 22C and clear. There were a lot of people out enjoying the weather... hiking, roller-blading, cycling and dragon-boat training

There were mallards and swan in Grenadier Pond. There was quite a commotion going on in the reeds along the edge of the Pond. There were Redwing Blackbirds but not sure if there were other birds, too.

We were talking about training for a D4, a combination of increased distance and terrain difficulty. So, we kept a good pace today. Our pace was 4.8 kph, and that included water breaks.

$4.00 was collected in Voluntary Donations.
