Another beautiful day for a hike and a meal on a patio. It was in the mid 20's and nice and sunny when the group (12 of us) departed Warden Station at 9:05am. We walked through Warden Woods, crossed through Teesdale, along the pathway beside the Victoria Park subway station where we picked up one more participant. The group walked through Taylor Creek Park, along the Lower Don River Trail, up the hill at Pottery Road, down Broadview and onto Danforth Avenue where we arrived at Factory Girl Pub at 11:45am. All in all, we walked 12.4km at an average pace of 5.1km/hour. Great job! We all headed to the back patio and settled in for a meal and a beverage. It was a great day and a great group. Thanks to everyone who participated. $12 was collected in voluntary donations.
