Write Up:

The weather was perfect for this event. The temperature was 22C with a breeze, it didn't rain, and the trail was dry and not muddy. The Don River was running very fast and you can see where it had flooded over the walking trail and up the hill in some places.

Taylor Creek Park has changed over the years, as the City of Toronto stopped mowing and large sections are going back wild. This creates habitat for wildlife, reduces pollution, and saves the City money. We saw a baby bunny and, where there's one, there are more...

We ended at Dora Keogh's Irish Pub, next door to Allen's, where they had a Seisun, an Irish jamming session, with various Irish instruments.

Many thanks to everyone for coming out to this event.
