We had a great adventure. Every turn was a surprise. Even though we packed light, we ended up carrying our weight in bugs, rain, mud, and fun memories when we got out of the trail.

It was great that we had 4 pairs of eyes, because we needed them to keep track of the rather elusive trail. Thank you to everyone for making this a wonderful trip.

TOC donations: $4

Navigation notes: The water crossing between the lakes was very rapid but we were lucky to get help from a passing canoe to transport us and our gear over.
Also the trail at some point headed north towards the next highway exit from where we had started. We got off onto a skidoo trail that dropped us off onto the antenna road. From there we got onto the 400! and walked alongside the road a short distance to another skidoo trail that took us down to our starting point.
In theory there could have been another trail that we missed where the trail started heading north that would have lead us closer to the final skidoo trail. This is something to look for next time.
