The weather could not have been better for our lesson and paddle on the Humber River. Temperatures were warm, the sun was shining, and there was absolutely no wind giving us calm, flat water. Perfect conditions for a group of 29 people, many who were kayaking or canoeing for the first time. As we paddled down and back up the river, many were amazed that such a paradise was available right in the middle of our city. There was abundant wildlife, mostly birds, and it was incredible to look up into the trees and see the numerous nests on all the branches. The river and the scenery surrounding us was just so beautiful and peaceful. All in all, a great group, a wonderful evening, and a fantastic experience. Thanks to all who came out!
